2033 Curtis Flats have been completely renovated to provide you with 19th century charm for a 21st century lifestyle. All units have high ceilings, new windows, brand new kitchen cabinets with granite counter tops, gas cooking stoves, microwaves, and dishwashers. The building has steam heat that can be controlled by each tenant with evaporative cooling. There is a coin operated laundry facility and bike storage on the main level. Adequate parking is available in the neighborhood and low cost parking garages nearby. We welcome cats only, please inquire about our policy.
You'll have a choice of studios or one bedroom units that have views of the mountains and the city. The property is managed by the owners, which means we are responsive to our tenant's needs.
