Recently renovated, each apartment has a unique floor plan. The second and third floor lofts have one and two bedrooms with exposed brick, high ceilings, some with city or mountain views. The fourth floor has one bedroom and studio lofts with private rooftop decks and spectacular views of the city. All lofts have elevator access, evaporative cooling units, full kitchen appliances with dishwashers, and an on-site laundry facility. All lofts have a phone jack, cable outlet and DSL is available. A list of reasonable off street parking lots is available. We also allow cats at the Burlington Hotel Lofts, please inquire about our policy.

2033 Curtis Flats is an income-restricted building. Be sure to visit the applications page first to ensure you meet the income restricted requirements.



2033 Curtis Flats have been completely renovated to provide you with 19th century charm for a 21st century lifestyle. All units have high ceilings, new windows, brand new kitchen cabinets with granite counter tops, gas cooking stoves, microwaves, and dishwashers. The building has steam heat that can be controlled by each tenant with evaporative cooling. There is a coin operated laundry facility and bike storage on the main level. Adequate parking is available in the neighborhood and low cost parking garages nearby. We welcome cats only, please inquire about our policy.
