All units have high ceilings, new windows, brand new kitchen cabinets with granite counter tops, gas cooking stoves, microwaves, and dishwashers. The building has steam heat that can be controlled by each tenant with evaporative cooling. There is a coin operated laundry facility and bike storage on the main level. Adequate parking is available in the neighborhood and low cost parking garages nearby. We welcome cats only, please inquire about our policy.

You'll have a choice of studios or one bedroom units that have views of the mountains and the city. The property is managed by the owners, which means we are responsive to our tenant's needs.

2033 Curtis Flats is located directly across the street from the main downtown Denver Post Office and next door to the 22nd Street Gym (swimming pool, weight room, and exercise class). Walk only 4 blocks to the free 16th Street Mall Shuttle. The mall provides a link to mass transit, Civic Center (State and City offices, Denver Public Library and Art Museum), and LODO (Denver's Entertainment District) with access to restaurants, bars, and art galleries. All of Denver's sports venues are located within minutes from the building including Coors Field (baseball), Sports Authority Field at Mile High (football), and the Pepsi Center (hockey, basketball & concerts). We are pleased to have the cozy neighborhood restaurant "The Lobby" as one of our tenants on the main level. The building is listed on the National Register of Historic Places and is conveniently located in the middle of the Ballpark Neighborhood, only blocks away from Coors Field, LoDo and Central Downtown Denver.
