Constructed in 1891 in Downtown Denver and is composed of sixteen affordable studio and one bedroom apartments that were renovated in 2011. There is commercial space on the ground floor and residential apartments on the second and third floors.

2033 Curtis Flats have been completely renovated to provide you with 19th century charm for a 21st century lifestyle. All units have high ceilings, new windows, brand new kitchen cabinets with granite counter tops, gas cooking stoves, microwaves, and dishwashers. The building has steam heat that can be controlled by each tenant with evaporative cooling. There is a coin operated laundry facility and bike storage on the main level. Adequate parking is available in the neighborhood and low cost parking garages nearby. We welcome cats only, please inquire about our policy.

2033 Curtis Flats is located directly across the street from the main downtown Denver Post Office. Dozens of restaurants and pubs are within walking distance. The Twentieth Street Recreation Center (gym, pool, weights, boxing) is around the corner. Walk only 4 blocks to the free 16th Street Mall Shuttle. The mall provides a link to mass transit, Civic Center (State and City offices, Denver Public Library and Art Museum), and LODO (Denver's Entertainment District) with access to restaurants, bars, and art galleries. All of Denver's sports venues are located within minutes from the building including Coors Field (baseball), Empower Field at Mile High (football), and Ball Arena (hockey, basketball & concerts). You'll have easy access to the mountains and the airport via I-25 and I- 70, only minutes away.
