Paris Hotel Building

Built in 1891, The Paris Hotel Building built is an elegant red brick, Victorian structure that has been converted into 17 lofts on the upper floors and five office/retail spaces on the main level. We are pleased to have the cozy neighborhood restaurant "The Lobby" as one of our tenants on the main level. The building is listed on the National Register of Historic Places and is conveniently located in the middle of the Ballpark Neighborhood, only blocks away from Coors Field, LoDo and Central Downtown Denver.

The building is managed by the owners which means we are responsive to our tenants needs.

Burlington Hotel Building

The Burlington Hotel Building was built in 1891 by noted turn of the century Denver architect Frank Edbrooke, otherwise respected for his work on The Brown Palace and The Oxford Hotels. Located prominently at the corner of 22nd and Larimer Streets in the heart of The Ballpark Neighborhood, adjacent to The Downtown Business District and LoDo Entertainment District, the building is two blocks from Coors Field and listed on The National and State Registries of Historic Buildings. The main level has been converted into seven commercial spaces. There are 38 loft apartments on the upper floors of the building.

The Curtis Flats Building is a mixed use building. There are 16 residential units on the second, third floors and a large commercial space on the main level. The building is managed by the owners which means we are responsive to our tenants needs.

2033 Curtis Flats Building is located directly across the street from the main downtown Post Office. Walk only 4 blocks to the free 16th Street Mall Shuttle. The mall provides a link to mass transit, Civic Center (State and City offices, Denver Public Library and Art Museum), and LODO (Denver's Entertainment District) with access to restaurants, bars, and art galleries. All of Denver's sports venues are located within minutes from the building including Coors Field (baseball), Sports Authority Field at Mile High (football), and the Pepsi Center (hockey, basketball & concerts). You'll have easy access to the mountains and the airport via I-25 and I- 70, only minutes away
